Bridgestar, an initiative of the Bridgespan Group, provides services, content, and tools designed to help nonprofit organizations build strong leadership teams and individuals pursue career paths as nonprofit leaders. Established in 2003, we have built a community of more than 43,000 men and women who are interested in contributing their skills and talents to help address society's most pressing challenges and opportunities.

Looking out over the next decade and beyond, we know that the sector faces a significant shortage of leaders.
